- Nienke en Josee opened the bar 3 years ago. Bar13 is a colourful place with a beautiful patio in the middle of the old center of Alvor. People come here for a meal, a nice snack, talking, partying and listening to or dancing on good music.

i remember 13... i hope to return there this year... lovely place...:D had some good nights in 13 with caipirinhas and mojitos!:)
